AN ACT EXPANDING THE AGE LIMIT OF CERTAIN INFORMATION
TECHNOLOGY JOB TRAINING PROGRAMS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
1 That the general statutes be amended to remove the age limit of forty
2 years for certain information technology job training programs.
Statement of Purpose:
To enable unemployed workers over forty years old to retrain as
information technology workers.
