AN ACT CONCERNING A PERSONAL INCOME TAX CREDIT FOR
CERTAIN COLLEGE GRADUATES WITH STEM DEGREES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
1 That the general statutes be amended to reestablish a credit, repealed
2 by public act 19-117, against the personal income tax for certain college
3 graduates who receive a degree in a science, technology, engineering or
4 math-related field.
Statement of Purpose:
To reestablish a credit against the personal income tax for certain college
graduates who receive a degree in a science, technology, engineering or
math-related field.
