The act amends the "Colorado Liquor Code" to eliminate the requirement that a hotel and restaurant, tavern, and lodging and entertainment licensee register a manager with the liquor enforcement division in the department of revenue. The licensees are required to notify and pay a fee to the state and local licensing authority if the licensee changes its manager.
