AN ACT

Appropriating monies to the automation projects fund and the department of administration.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section  1. Appropriations; automation projects fund; online portal; business development

A. The sum of $3,000,000 from the state web portal fund established by section 18-421, Arizona Revised Statutes, and the sum of $4,758,900 from the automation operations fund established by section 41-711, Arizona Revised Statutes, are appropriated in fiscal year 2021-2022 to the automation projects fund established by section 41-714, Arizona Revised Statutes.

B. The sum of $7,758,900 is appropriated from the automation projects fund established by section 41-714, Arizona Revised Statutes, in fiscal year 2021-2022 to the department of administration to develop a portal that provides a single online location to assist in planning, starting, growing and relocating businesses in this state.
