21 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS:

23 SECTION 1. Arkansas Code § 19-11-203(14), concerning the definition of
24 "exempt commodities and services" under the Arkansas Procurement Law, is
25 amended to add an additional subdivision to read as follows:
26 (FF) Commodities procured by the State Parks Division to
27 furnish and supply overnight lodging facilities with amenities, linens,
28 furniture, and general decor.
