21 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS:

23 SECTION 1. Arkansas Code § 20-57-201(1)(B)(ii), concerning the
24 exemptions to the definition of "food service establishment", is amended to
25 read as follows:
26 (ii) Daycare centers routinely serving ten (10)
27 twelve (12) or fewer persons;
