19 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS:

21 SECTION 1. Arkansas Code § 23-12-201(a)(2), concerning the distance
22 around a right-of-way the railroad corporation is required to maintain, is
23 amended to read as follows:
24 (2) The maintenance of the right-of-way shall be for a distance
25 of fifty feet (50) on each side of the centerline between the rails for the
26 maintenance width and for a distance of one hundred yards (100 yds.) two
27 hundred yards (200 yds.) on each side of the centerline from the public road
28 or highway for the maintenance length.
