HB1632 amends ยง 27-23-115(a) by removing the implied consent to a test of a person's blood when
operating a commercial motor vehicle in the state. HB1632 retains the implied consent to a test of a
person's breath, saliva, or urine for the purpose of determining that person's blood alcohol
concentration or the presence of other drugs when operating a commercial vehicle in the state.
