23 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS:

25 SECTION 1. Arkansas Code § 7-6-201(1)(A)(ii), concerning definitions
26 under campaign finance law, and resulting from Initiated Act 1 of 1990 and
27 Initiated Act 1 from 1996, is amended to read as follows:
28 (ii) Does not accept any contribution or cumulative
29 contributions in excess of five thousand dollars ($5,000) ten thousand
30 dollars ($10,000) from any person in any calendar year; and
