18 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS:

20 SECTION 1. Arkansas Code § 23-46-205(f), concerning retention of
21 criminal background checks obtained by the Bank Commissioner, is amended to
22 read as follows:
23 (f) A criminal background check obtained under this section shall be
24 destroyed retained by the commissioner within six (6) months of for at least
25 three (3) years from the commissioner's receipt of the background check.
