18 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS:

20 SECTION 1. REAPPROPRIATION - ARKANSAS NORTHEASTERN COLLEGE. There is
21 hereby appropriated, to the Arkansas Northeastern College, to be payable from
22 the Development and Enhancement Fund, for the Arkansas Northeastern College
23 the following:
24 (A) Effective July 1, 2022, the balance of the appropriation provided
25 in Item (A) of Section 1 of Act 865 of 2021, for costs of construction of a
26 Center for Science and Technology, in a sum not to exceed ........$3,000,000.
27 (B) Effective July 1, 2022, the balance of the appropriation provided
28 in Item (B) of Section 1 of Act 865 of 2021, for critical maintenance, in a
29 sum not to exceed ..................................................$310,000.
30 (C) Effective July 1, 2022, the balance of the appropriation provided
31 in Item (C) of Section 1 of Act 865 of 2021, for deferred maintenance, in a

2 is hereby appropriated, to the Arkansas State University - Beebe, to be
3 payable from the Development and Enhancement Fund, for the Arkansas State
4 University - Beebe the following:
5 (A) Effective July 1, 2022, the balance of the appropriation provided
6 in Item (A) of Section 2 of Act 865 of 2021, for expansion of information
7 technology infrastructure to support distance education, in a sum not to
8 exceed .............................................................$520,000.
9 (B) Effective July 1, 2022, the balance of the appropriation provided
10 in Item (B) of Section 2 of Act 865 of 2021, for renovation of State Hall, in
