17 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS:

19 SECTION 1. Arkansas Code Title 4, Chapter 26, Subchapter 1, is amended
20 to add an additional section to read as follows:
21 4-26-108. Political activity Definition.
22 (a) As used in this section, "political activity" means any activity
23 directed toward the success or failure of:
24 (1) A political party;
25 (2) A candidate for a partisan political office; or
26 (3) A partisan political group.
27 (b) A corporation shall not engage in any form of political activity
28 unless the political activity is approved by:
29 (1) Seventy-five percent (75%) of the shareholders of the
30 corporation; and
31 (2) Seventy-five percent (75%) of the directors of the
32 corporation.

34 SECTION 2. Arkansas Code Title 4, Chapter 27, Subchapter 3, is amended
35 to add an additional section to read as follows:
