23 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS:

25 SECTION 1. Arkansas Code 20-77-135(2), concerning peer support
26 specialists in the Arkansas Medicaid Program, is amended to read as follows:
27 (2) The individual obtains certification in peer recovery by the
28 Arkansas Substance Abuse Certification Board from an accredited organization
29 approved by the Arkansas Alcohol and Drug Abuse Coordinating Council;
