24 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS:

26 SECTION 1. Arkansas Code 8-1-107(f), concerning the penalty for the
27 knowing refusal of right of entry and inspection to Division of Environmental
28 Quality personnel, is amended to read as follows:
29 (f) Penalties. Any knowing refusal of right of entry and inspection
30 to division personnel as set out in this section is a violation subject to a
31 fine of up to twenty-five five thousand dollars ($25,000) ($5,000) or civil
32 penalties up to twenty-five five thousand dollars ($25,000) ($5,000).
