20 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS:

22 SECTION 1. Arkansas Code Title 6, Chapter 18, Subchapter 1, is amended
23 to add an additional section to read as follows:
24 6-18-113. Student identification badges Required information.
25 (a) Beginning with the 2021-2022 school year, if a public school or an
26 open-enrollment public charter school issues identification cards or
27 identification badges to enrolled public school students in grades six
28 through twelve (6-12), the identification card or identification badge shall,
29 in addition to basic student information included by the public school or
30 open-enrollment public charter school, contain only the following
31 information:
32 (1) A national domestic violence hotline;
33 (2) A national sexual assault hotline;
34 (3) A national suicide prevention hotline; and
35 (4) Campus-related contact information.
36 (b) The information required under subsection (a) of this section

1 shall be printed on an identification card or identification badge that is:
2 (1) Newly issued; or
3 (2) A replacement for a previously issued identification card or
4 identification badge.

6 SECTION 2. Arkansas Code Title 6, Chapter 60, Subchapter 1, is amended
7 to add an additional section to read as follows:
8 6-60-113. Student identification badges Required information.
9 (a) Beginning with the 2021-2022 school year, if a state-supported
10 two-year or four-year institution of higher education issues identification
11 cards or identification badges to enrolled students, the identification card
12 or identification badge shall, in addition to basic student information
13 included by the state-supported two-year or four-year institution of higher
14 education, contain only the following information:
15 (1) A national domestic violence hotline;
16 (2) A national sexual assault hotline;
17 (3) A national suicide prevention hotline; and
18 (4) Campus-related contact information.
19 (b) The information required under subsection (a) of this section
20 shall be printed on an identification card or identification badge that is:
21 (1) Newly issued; or
22 (2) A replacement for a previously issued identification card or
23 identification badge.
