21 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS:

23 SECTION 1. Arkansas Code 17-33-202(9) and (10), concerning the
24 powers and duties of the HVACR Licensing Board, are amended to read as
25 follows:
26 (9) Establish by board rule a maximum of four (4) hours per year
27 of continuing education if the board determines that a specific class of
28 license requires continuing education;
29 (9)(10) Assist and advise the department in other such matters
30 as requested by the department; and
31 (10)(11) Establish fees for the proper administration of the
32 requirements of this chapter.
