30 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS:

32 SECTION 1. Arkansas Code 25-19-105(b), concerning the examination
33 and copying of public records under the Freedom of Information Act of 1967,
34 is amended to add an additional subdivision to read as follows:
35 (27)(A) Ballots, other than sample ballots, unless otherwise
36 ordered by a court of law;

1 (B) Subdivision (b)(27)(A) of this section does not apply
2 to a poll watcher during an election, who shall be allowed to inspect a voter
3 statement and ballot while ensuring the secrecy of the vote is maintained and
4 subject to reasonable restrictions prescribed by the State Board of Election
5 Commissioners.
