20 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS:

22 SECTION 1. Arkansas Code 12-12-919(b)(1)(A)(i)(a), concerning an
23 application for an order terminating the obligation to register as a sex
24 offender, is amended to read as follows:
25 (b)(1)(A)(i)(a) Any other sex offender required to register under this
26 subchapter may apply in the jurisdiction in which he or she was convicted for
27 an order terminating the obligation to register to the sentencing court
28 fifteen (15) years after the date the sex offender first registered in
29 Arkansas.
