21 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS:

23 SECTION 1. Arkansas Code 5-64-215(b), concerning substances in
24 Schedule VI, is amended to read as follows:
25 (b) However, except as provided under subsection (c) of this section,
26 the secretary shall not delete a controlled substance listed in this section
27 from Schedule VI.
28 (c) A prescription drug approved by the United States Food and Drug
29 Administration under 21 U.S.C. 355 is excluded from Schedule VI unless
30 the secretary objects under 5-64-201.
