20 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS:

22 SECTION 1. Arkansas Code 12-8-215(c)(2), concerning additional
23 salary payments available under certain circumstances to employees of the
24 Division of Arkansas State Police, is amended to add an additional
25 subdivision to read as follows:
26 (J) Arkansas State Police senior corporal.

28 SECTION 2. Arkansas Code 12-8-216(a), concerning the salary grid for
29 certain employees of the Division of Arkansas State Police, is amended to
30 read as follows:
31 (a) Should additional general revenue funds become available to the
32 Division of Arkansas State Police, as determined by the Chief Fiscal Officer
33 of the State, the division shall implement a salary administration grid for
34 the following uniformed commissioned officer classifications:
