18 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS:

20 SECTION 1. REAPPROPRIATION - ARKANSAS NORTHEASTERN COLLEGE. There is
21 hereby appropriated, to the Arkansas Northeastern College, to be payable from
22 the Development and Enhancement Fund, for the Arkansas Northeastern College
23 the following:
24 (A) Effective July 1, 2021, the balance of the appropriation provided
25 in Item (A) of Section 1 of Act 5 of 2020, for construction, renovation,
26 maintenance, critical maintenance, equipment, security enhancements,
27 technology upgrades/equipment and library resources of a Center for Science
28 and Technology, in a sum not to exceed ...........................$1,850,000.
29 (B) Effective July 1, 2021, the balance of the appropriation provided
30 in Item (B) of Section 1 of Act 5 of 2020, for critical maintenance, in a sum
31 not to exceed ......................................................$290,000.
32 (C) Effective July 1, 2021, the balance of the appropriation provided
33 in Item (C) of Section 1 of Act 5 of 2020, for deferred maintenance, in a sum

3 SECTION 2. REAPPROPRIATION - ARKANSAS STATE UNIVERSITY - BEEBE. There
4 is hereby appropriated, to the Arkansas State University - Beebe, to be
5 payable from the Development and Enhancement Fund, for the Arkansas State
6 University - Beebe the following:
7 (A) Effective July 1, 2021, the balance of the appropriation provided
8 in Item (A) of Section 2 of Act 5 of 2020, for renovations of State Hall, in
9 a sum not to exceed ..............................................$1,375,000.
10 (B) Effective July 1, 2021, the balance of the appropriation provided
11 in Item (B) of Section 2 of Act 5 of 2020, for renovations of Owen Center, in
12 a sum not to exceed ..............................................$2,000,000.

24 There is hereby appropriated, to the Arkansas State University - Mid-South,

27 (A) Effective July 1, 2021, the balance of the appropriation provided
28 in Item (A) of Section 3 of Act 5 of 2020, for upgrade and replacement of
29 Classroom Instructional Technology Equipment, in a sum not to exceed

10 in Item (A) of Section 4 of Act 5 of 2020, for replacing critical maintenance
11 equipment, in a sum not to exceed ................................$1,000,000.
12 (B) Effective July 1, 2021, the balance of the appropriation provided
13 in Item (B) of Section 4 of Act 5 of 2020, for acquisition and renovation of
14 an Occupational Technical Center, in a sum not to exceed .........$1,000,000.

2 RITZ THEATRE. There is hereby appropriated, to the Arkansas State University
3 Three Rivers, to be payable from the Arkansas Natural and Cultural Resources
4 Grant and Trust Fund, for the Arkansas State University Three Rivers the
5 following:
6 (A) Effective July 1, 2021, the balance of the appropriation provided
7 in Section 27 of Act 18 of 2020, for the acquisition, management, stewardship
8 or preservation of state owned lands, historic sites, buildings, structures
9 or objects, in a sum not to exceed .................................$663,263.

11 SECTION 8. REAPPROPRIATION - BLACK RIVER TECHNICAL COLLEGE. There is
12 hereby appropriated, to the Black River Technical College, to be payable from
13 the Development and Enhancement Fund, for the Black River Technical College
14 the following:
15 (A) Effective July 1, 2021, the balance of the appropriation provided
16 in Item (A) of Section 6 of Act 5 of 2020, for the renovation of the "A" and
17 "B" Buildings, in a sum not to exceed ..............................$157,500.
18 (B) Effective July 1, 2021, the balance of the appropriation provided
19 in Item (B) of Section 6 of Act 5 of 2020, for the construction of a storage
20 building for Fire Science Program truck and equipment, in a sum not to exceed

14 Community College of the University of Arkansas, to be payable from the
15 Development and Enhancement Fund, for the Cossatot Community College of the
16 University of Arkansas the following:
17 (A) Effective July 1, 2021, the balance of the appropriation provided
18 in Item (A) of Section 8 of Act 5 of 2020, for upgrades to network technology
19 infrastructure, in a sum not to exceed .............................$600,000.
20 (B) Effective July 1, 2021, the balance of the appropriation provided
21 in Item (B) of Section 8 of Act 5 of 2020, for disaster recovery/business
22 continuity technology infrastructure, in a sum not to exceed ........$60,000.
