23 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS:

25 SECTION 1. Arkansas Code 7-6-201(3), concerning the definition of
26 "carryover funds", is amended to add an additional subdivision to read as
27 follows:
28 (C) If the office sought does not have an annual salary, "carryover
29 funds" means an amount of three thousand dollars ($3,000) or less;
