21 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS:

23 SECTION 1. Arkansas Code 17-101-307(b)(10), concerning the
24 exemptions to licensure by the Veterinary Medical Examining Board, is amended
25 to read as follows:
26 (10) A chiropractor licensed in this state and certified by the
27 American Veterinary Chiropractic Association or the equivalent thereof from
28 performing chiropractic upon animals;
