23 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS:

25 SECTION 1. Arkansas Code 14-56-416(b)(2)(B)(ii), concerning
26 municipal zoning, is amended to read as follows:
27 (ii) Decisions of the board in respect to the above
28 shall be under this section are subject to appeal only first to the governing
29 body of the municipality and then to a court of record having with
30 jurisdiction.
