20 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS:

22 SECTION 1. Arkansas Code 27-53-303(d), concerning the
23 responsibilities of law enforcement officers, is repealed.
24 (d) In all traffic accidents involving motorcycles, motor-driven
25 cycles, motorized bicycles, or any other two-wheeled or three-wheeled motor
26 vehicle, all traffic accident reports filed with the Department of Arkansas
27 State Police shall be supplemented with a motorcycle traffic accident report.
