16 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS:

18 SECTION 1. Arkansas Code 1-5-117(a), concerning Arkansas Music
19 Appreciation Day, is amended to add additional subdivisions to read as
20 follows:
21 (9) James "Jim Dandy" Mangrum;
22 (10) Buddy Jewell; and
23 (11) Mark Lavon "Levon" Helm.
