2 ENROLLED, An Act,
3 To alter, rearrange, and extend the boundary lines
4 and corporate limits of the City of Kimberly in Jefferson
5 County.
6 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:
7 Section 1. The boundary lines and corporate limits
8 of the City of Kimberly in Jefferson County are altered,
9 rearranged, and extended to include within corporate limits of
10 the city, in addition to the lands now included, all of the
11 following territory:
12 Tract 1:
13 Franklin Parc-1st Sector, Map Book 219, Page 71, a
14 residential subdivision situated in the SW 1/4 of Section 21,
15 Township 14 South, Range 2 West, Jefferson County, Alabama.
16 Tract 2:
17 Franklin Parc-2nd Sector, Map Book 225, Page 46, a
18 residential subdivision situated in the SE 1/4-SW 1/4 of
19 Section 21 and the NE 1/4-NW 1/4 of Section 28, Township 14
20 South, Range 2 West, Jefferson County, Alabama, less and
21 except Lots 27, 28, 39, 46, 47, and 48 of the Franklin
22 Parc-2nd Sector subdivision and a parcel more particularly
23 described as follows: BEG SE COR SW 1/4 SEC 21 TP 14 R 2W TH
24 SW 285.1(D) FT 270S TH NE 709.2(D) FT 620S TH S 521.4(D) 375S
25 TO POB (Parcel No. 02 00 21 0 000 011.003).

1 Section 2. In accordance with Section 11-42-6(b) of
2 the Code of Alabama 1975, a map showing what territory is
3 proposed to be annexed to the City of Kimberly is on file in
4 the office of the Judge of Probate in Jefferson County,
5 Alabama, and the map is open to the inspection of the public.
6 Section 3. This act shall become effective on the
7 first day of the third month following its passage and
8 approval by the Governor, or its otherwise becoming law.
