13 To alter, rearrange, and extend the boundary lines
14 and corporate limits of the municipality of Hytop in Jackson
15 County.
16 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:
17 Section 1. The boundary lines and corporate limits
18 of the municipality of Hytop in Jackson County are altered,
19 rearranged, and extended to include within the corporate
20 limits of the municipality, in addition to the lands now
21 included, all of the following territory: The right-of-way of
22 Jackson County Road 33, beginning where State Highway 79
23 intersects County Road 33, and extending 7065 feet along said
24 right-of-way until the end point in Jackson County, Alabama.
25 Section 2. In accordance with Section 11-42-6(b) of
26 the Code of Alabama 1975, a map showing what territory is
27 proposed to be annexed to the municipality of Hytop is on file

1 in the office of the Judge of Probate in Jackson County,
2 Alabama, and the map is open to the inspection of the public.
3 Section 3. This act shall become effective on the
4 first day of the third month following its passage and
5 approval by the Governor, or its otherwise becoming law.
