6 ENROLLED, An Act,
7 Relating to Elmore County; to authorize the Elmore
8 County Board of Education to insure school buildings and
9 property either in the State Insurance Fund or with an
10 insurance company.
11 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:
12 Section 1. In accordance with Section 41-15-1, Code
13 of Alabama 1975, the Elmore County Board of Education may
14 insure school buildings and property in the State Insurance
15 Fund or with an insurance company, whichever, in the opinion
16 of the board, provides the best coverage for the school
17 buildings and property.
18 Section 2. This act shall become effective
19 immediately following its passage and approval by the
20 Governor, or its otherwise becoming law.
