8 SYNOPSIS: This bill makes a supplemental appropriation
9 from the State General Fund to the Alabama Tourism
10 Department in the amount of $1,000,000 for the
11 fiscal year ending September 30, 2021; makes a
12 supplemental appropriation from the State General
13 Fund to the Board of Pardons and Paroles in the
14 amount of $12,687,483 for the fiscal year ending
15 September 30,2021; makes a supplemental
16 appropriation from the State General Fund to the
17 Supreme Court in the amount of $633,985 for the
18 fiscal year ending September 30, 2021; makes a
19 supplemental appropriation from the State General
20 Fund to the Office of Information Technology in the
21 amount of $4,500,000 for the fiscal year ending
22 September 30, 2021; makes a supplemental
23 appropriation from the State Board of
24 Dietetics/Nutrition Fund to the Alabama State Board
25 of Examiners for Dietetics/Nutrition Practice in
26 the amount of $150,000 for the fiscal year ending
27 September 30, 2021; and makes a supplemental

10 To make a supplemental appropriation from the State
11 General Fund to the Alabama Tourism Department in the amount
12 of $1,000,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2021;
13 to make a supplemental appropriation from the State General
14 Fund to the Board of Pardons and Paroles in the amount of
15 $12,687,483 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2021; to
16 make a supplemental appropriation from the State General Fund
17 to the Supreme Court in the amount of $633,985 for the fiscal
18 year ending September 30, 2021; to make a supplemental
19 appropriation from the State General Fund to the Office of
20 Information Technology in the amount of $4,500,000 for the
21 fiscal year ending September 30, 2021; to make a supplemental
22 appropriation from the State Board of Dietetics/Nutrition Fund
23 to the Alabama State Board of Examiners for
24 Dietetics/Nutrition Practice in the amount of $150,000 for the
25 fiscal year ending September 30, 2021; and to make a
26 supplemental appropriation from the State General Fund to the

1 Department of Public Health in the amount of $7,500,000 for
2 the fiscal year ending September 30, 2021.
3 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:
4 Section 1. In addition to all other appropriations
5 heretofore or hereafter made, there is hereby appropriated
6 $1,000,000 from the State General Fund to the Alabama Tourism
7 Department for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2021 to be
8 expended for the World Games.
9 Section 2. In addition to all other appropriations
10 heretofore or hereafter made, there is hereby appropriated
11 $12,687,483 from the State General Fund to the Board of
12 Pardons and Paroles for the fiscal year ending September 30,
13 2021.
14 Section 3. In addition to all other appropriations
15 heretofore or hereafter made, there is hereby appropriated
16 $633,985 from the State General Fund to the Supreme Court for
17 the fiscal year ending September 30, 2021 to be used for the
18 updates to the case management and e-filing systems.
19 Section 4. In addition to all other appropriations
20 heretofore or hereafter made, there is hereby appropriated
21 $4,500,000 from the State General Fund to the Office of
22 Information Technology for the fiscal year ending September
23 30, 2021 to be used for cybersecurity.
24 Section 5. In addition to all other appropriations
25 heretofore or hereafter made, there is hereby appropriated
26 $150,000 from the State Board of Dietetics/Nutrition Fund to

1 the Alabama State Board of Examiners for Dietetics/Nutrition
2 Practice for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2021.
3 Section 6. In addition to all other appropriations
4 heretofore or hereafter made, there is hereby appropriated
5 $7,500,000 from the State General Fund to the Department of
6 Public Health for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2021 to
7 be used for Coronavirus preparedness and response activities.
8 Section 7. This act shall become effective
9 immediately upon its passage and approval by the Governor, or
10 upon its otherwise becoming law.
