2 ENROLLED, An Act,
3 Relating to Dale County; to repeal Act 690 of the
4 1975 Regular Session (Acts 1975, p. 1445), directing the Board
5 of Education of Dale County to determine and fix the annual
6 salary to be paid to the Superintendent of Education; and to
7 ratify and confirm prior payments.
8 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:
9 Section 1. Act 690 of the 1975 Regular Session (Acts
10 1975, p. 1445), directing the Board of Education of Dale
11 County to determine and fix the annual salary to be paid to
12 the Superintendent of Education, is repealed.
13 Section 2. Any payments made to the Superintendent
14 of Education prior to the effective date of this act, are
15 hereby ratified and confirmed.
16 Section 3. This act shall become effective
17 immediately following its passage and approval by the
18 Governor, or its otherwise becoming law.
