2 ENROLLED, An Act,
3 Relating to any Class 2 municipality; to amend
4 Section 11-45-11 of the Code of Alabama 1975, to require all
5 courts in this state to take judicial notice of all municipal
6 ordinances of the municipality.
7 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:
8 Section 1. Section 11-45-11, Code of Alabama 1975,
9 is amended to read as follows:
10 "11-45-11.
11 "All courts of the state of Alabama shall take
12 judicial notice of all municipal ordinances of each Class 1 or
13 Class 2 municipality."
14 Section 2. This act shall become effective
15 immediately following its passage and approval by the
16 Governor, or its otherwise becoming law.
