2 ENROLLED, An Act,
3 Relating to the Alabama Sunset Law; to continue the
4 existence and functioning of the Board of Examiners of Nursing
5 Home Administrators until October 1, 2025.
6 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:
7 Section 1. Pursuant to the Alabama Sunset Law, the
8 Sunset Committee recommends the continuance of the Board of
9 Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators until October 1,
10 2025.
11 Section 2. The existence and functioning of the
12 Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators, created and
13 functioning pursuant to Sections 34-20-1 to 34-20-16,
14 inclusive, Code of Alabama 1975, is continued, and those code
15 sections are expressly preserved until October 1, 2025.
16 Section 3. The Legislature concurs in the
17 recommendations of the Sunset Committee as provided in
18 Sections 1 and 2.
19 Section 4. This act shall become effective
20 immediately upon its passage and approval by the Governor, or
21 its otherwise becoming law.
