  ENROLLED, An Act,
             To alter, rearrange, and extend the boundary lines
  and corporate limits of the City of Alexander City in
  Tallapoosa County.
 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:
            Section 1. The boundary lines and corporate limits
 of the City of Alexander City in Tallapoosa County are
 altered, rearranged, and extended to include within the
 corporate limits of the city, in addition to the lands now
 included, all of the following territory:
            The South 1/2, the South 1/2 of the NW 1/4 South of
 Young Ferry Road, the West 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4,
 the West 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of the
 NE 1/4, the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4,
 the South 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of the
 NE 1/4, the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4, and the South
 1/2 of the South 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4
 of   Section 14, T-21-N, R-21-E, Tallapoosa County, Alabama.
 All above the 491' m.s.l. full pool elevation of Lake Martin.

  Section 13, T-21-N, R-21-E, Tallapoosa County, Alabama. All
  above the 491' m.s.l. full pool elevation of Lake Martin.
            The SW 1/4 of Section 18, T-21-N, R-22-E, Tallapoosa
  County, Alabama. All above the 491' m.s.l. full pool elevation
  of Lake Martin.
            The NW 1/4 of Section 19, T-21-N, R-22-E, Tallapoosa
  County, Alabama. All above the 491' m.s.l. full pool elevation
  of Lake Martin.
           The NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4, the NW 1/4, the West 1/2
 of the SW 1/4, the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of
 Section 24, T-21-N, R-21-E,   Tallapoosa County, Alabama. All
 above the 491' m.s.l. full pool elevation of Lake Martin.
           The NE 1/4, the NW 1/4, the SE 1/4, the East 1/2 of
 the SW 1/4, the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4, the South 110' of the NW
 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 23, T-21-N, R-21-E, Tallapoosa
 County, Alabama.   All above the 491' m.s.l. full pool
 elevation of Lake Martin.
           The North 330' of Section 26, the North 330' of the
 NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 25, T-21-N, R-21-E, Tallapoosa
 County, Alabama. All above the 491' m.s.l. full pool elevation
 of Lake Martin.
           PARCEL A
           Begin at a found iron pin known as the Northeast
 Corner of the SE 1/4 of Section 22, T-21-N, R-21-E, Tallapoosa

  located on the centerline of Speake Road; thence northeasterly
  along said centerline of Speake Road N 3152'46" E 281.17' to
  a point; thence N 3814'39" E 144.02' to a point; thence N
  2430'32" E 140.00' to a point; thence N 1419'25" E 389.19'
  to a point; thence leaving said centerline of Speake Road N
  8816'50" W 609.81' to a point located on the East
  Right-of-Way (80') of Alabama Highway No. 63; thence along
  said East Right-of-Way (80') of Alabama Highway No. 63 the
 following five (5) courses: (1) N 0143'10" E 221.98'; (2)

 acres, more or less, and lying in and being a part of East 1/2
 of the NE 1/4 of Section 22, T-21-N, R-21-E, Tallapoosa
 County, Alabama.

           Commence at a found iron pin known as the Northeast
 Corner of the SE 1/4 of Section 22, T-21-N, R-21-E, Tallapoosa
 County, Alabama; thence S 0016'59" E 732.79' to a found iron
 pin and the POINT OF BEGINNING for the herein described parcel

  to a point located in a curve on the East Right-of-Way (80')

  (80') of Alabama Highway No. 63 the following five (5)
  courses: (1) Chord Bearing N 1839'53" E, Chord Distance
  144.43', Radius 1,380.00'; (2) N 2139'51" E 553.64'; (3)
  Chord Bearing N 2422'07" E, Chord Distance 468.07', Radius
  4,960.00'; (4) N 2704'23" E 260.59'; (5) Chord Bearing N

 found iron pin; thence leaving said East Right-of-Way (80') of
 Alabama Highway No. 63 N 7315'59" E 326.38' to a found iron
 pin; thence N 1648'39" W 300.12' to a found iron pin; thence
 S 7311'21" W 171.16' to a found iron pin located in a curve
 on the East Right-of-Way (80') of Alabama Highway No. 63;
 thence along said East Right-of-Way (80') of Alabama Highway
 No. 63 the following two (2) courses: (1) Chord Bearing N
 0251'20" E, Chord Distance 68.49', Radius 1,510.00'; (2) N
 0133'22" E 221.74' to a found iron pin located in a curve at
 the intersection of said East Right-of-Way (80') of Alabama
 Highway No. 63 and the East side of Speake Road; thence
 leaving said East Right-of-Way (80') of Alabama Highway No. 63
 and northeasterly along said East side of Speake Road (Chord
 Bearing N 3226'42" E, Chord Distance 67.77', Radius 129.86')
 to a found iron pin; thence leaving said East side of Speake

  of beginning. Containing 48.78 acres, more or less, and lying
  in and being a part of the East 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of Section
  22, and the North 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of Section 27, all in
  T-21-N, R-21-E, Tallapoosa County, Alabama.
            All above described property is located in
  Tallapoosa County, Alabama.
            Total acreage of above descriptions is approximately
  1,510 acres, more or less.
           Also the following:
           In Township 22 North, Range 21 East, Tallapoosa
 County, Alabama, all of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4
 of Section 28, being approximately 40 acres, more or less.
           Section 2. In accordance with Section 11-42-6(b) of
 the Code of Alabama 1975, a map showing what territory is
 proposed to be annexed to the City of Alexander City is on
 file in the office of the Judge of Probate in Tallapoosa
 County, Alabama, and the map is open to the inspection of the
 public.
           Section 3. This act shall become effective
 immediately following its passage and approval by the
 Governor, or its otherwise becoming law.
