FOR AN ACT ENTITLED
1 "An Act relating to village safe water and hygienic sewage disposal facilities."
2 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:
3 * Section 1. AS 46.07.020 is amended to read:
4 Sec. 46.07.020. Provision of facilities. The commissioner shall institute and
5 carry out a program to provide for the installation of safe water and hygienic sewage
6 disposal facilities in villages in the state that are necessary to assure that there will be
7 at least one facility for safe water and hygienic sewage disposal in each village. The
8 commissioner shall prioritize projects based on need.
