STATE OF ALASKA BILL NO. CSSB 92(2D RES)
2024 LEGISLATIVE SESSION
Analysis
This bill revises state law to codify and declare that by operation of law, submerged lands underlying navigable waters
within federal areas were conveyed to the State of Alaska on the date of statehood with few exceptions.
The Division of Mining, Land and Water does not expect any fiscal impact and submits a zero fiscal note.
