STATE OF ALASKA BILL NO. HB51-A
2023 LEGISLATIVE SESSION
Analysis
This bill amends Alaska Statute (AS) 18.95 by adding a new subsection related to the use of designated refrigerants that
may be used it the state if the equipment containing the refrigerant is listed and installed in accordance with the safety
standards and use conditions under the designation.
The department does not anticipate any fiscal impact.
