FISCAL NOTE ANALYSIS
STATE OF ALASKA BILL NO. HB 30
2024 LEGISLATIVE SESSION
Analysis
This bill would add a new section to Title 44, chapter 12 of the Alaska Statutes stating that the official time of the state is
Alaska standard time as indicated by federal law. The bill requires the Attorney General to inform the revisor of statutes if
federal law on daylight time changes.
This bill will have no fiscal impact on the Department of Law.
