 Why this fiscal note differs from previous version/comments:
 The House Judiciary Committee believes there are sufficient funds in the division's existing operating budget to conduct elections as
 they were prior to the passage of Ballot Measure 2 of 2020. No additional funds should be required for a public education campaign
 because the historical election process is intuitive and simple to understand.
