2022 LEGISLATIVE SESSION
Analysis
House bill 416 amends State statutes by adding a new section to allow the legislature to make appropriations for retention
bonuses for State employees who are not members of a collective bargaining unit.
The fiscal impact of this legislation is indeterminate until the level of bonus and number of impacted employees are
defined.
