Why this fiscal note differs from previous version/comments:
Not applicable, initial version. HB 298 establishes the Alaska Food Strategy Task Force in the legislative branch with an executive
board of nine members, to include four legislators, who select an additional 21 members. This task force shall meet during and
between legislative sessions and members may not receive travel and per diem expenses; therefore, there is no anticipated fiscal
impact to the legislature and no budget is requested at this time.
