FOR AN ACT ENTITLED
1 "An Act requiring the Department of Public Safety to publish certain policies and
2 procedures on the department's Internet website."
3 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:
4 * Section 1. AS 44.41.020 is amended by adding a new subsection to read:
5 (h) The Department of Public Safety shall publish on the department's Internet
6 website the department's current policies and procedures related to the conduct of
7 peace officers employed or regulated by the department.
