2022 LEGISLATIVE SESSION
Analysis
The bill requires public schools to designate schoolsponsored athletic teams or sports as male, female, or coed and
require participation in a female sport to be based on the participants biological sex.
There is no fiscal impact to the Department of Education and Early Development as a result of this legislation.
