2022 LEGISLATIVE SESSION
Analysis
This bill requires the department to provide online applications for public benefits. The department is currently in the
process of establishing an online application format for programs administered by the Division of Public Assistance. Due to
the department's existing work to develop the platform for online applications, there is no fiscal impact.
