2021 LEGISLATIVE SESSION
Analysis
The bill adds aquatic farming or related hatchery site leases as described in AS 38.05.083 to the list of leases which the
Director of the Division of Mining, Land & Water may renew under AS 38.05.070(e).
A minimal amount of staff time will be needed for meeting annual reporting requirements.
DNR does not anticipate any fiscal impact from this proposed legislation.
