2022 LEGISLATIVE SESSION
Analysis
The Division of Juvenile Justice reports missing minors to law enforcement. Under this legislation, the law enforcement
agency receiving the information from Division of Juvenile Justice is required to make the Alaska Public Safety Information
Network or National Crime Information Center notifications as required by the bill.
The bill will have no fiscal or programmatic impact on the Division of Juvenile Justice.
