2021 LEGISLATIVE SESSION
Analysis
The legislation extends the sunset date referenced in AS 23.15.835(d), related to the Alaska Workforce Investment
Board. The date would be extended from June 30, 2021 to June 30, 2024. That extension ensures that money will
continue to fund the UA's Technical Vocational Education Program (TVEP).
The anticipated amount for FY22 is $5,213.1, revised from $6,225.2.
