2021 LEGISLATIVE SESSION
Analysis
This legislation slightly expands the boundaries of the Funter Bay State Marine Park to include the site of the Unangax
cemetery and adds to uncodified law a directive to the Department of Natural Resources that the Funter Bay Marine Park
Management Plan be amended to protect the social and historical significance of the cemetery.
The department anticipate minimal impact and therefore submits a zero fiscal note.
