2021 LEGISLATIVE SESSION
Analysis
This bill adds licensed speech-language pathologists (under AS 08.11) and physical therapists or occupational therapists
(under AS 08.84) to those qualified to provide proof of disability for purposes of obtaining disability license plates.
There is no financial impact to the Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV), therefore the DMV submits a zero-fiscal note.
