FISCAL NOTE ANALYSIS
STATE OF ALASKA BILL NO. HB264
2020 LEGISLATIVE SESSION
Analysis
This bill adds a requirement for proof of insurance to be maintained for three years from the date of the judgment. The
Division of Motor Vehicles does not anticipate any programmatic effects as a result and therefore submits a zero fiscal
note.
